About the role

BAPON Technologies is seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain modern web applications that support intelligent automation and digital integration for its clients.

Key responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and responsive user interfaces.
Build secure, high‑performance backend services and REST/GraphQL APIs.
Integrate applications with third‑party systems and cloud services.
Write clean, maintainable, and well‑tested code following best practices.
Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and mentor junior developers.
Troubleshoot production issues and implement performance improvements.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA engineers, and DevOps teams using Agile methodologies.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and testing frameworks.

Required profile

Minimum 5 years of full‑stack development experience.
Proven experience delivering enterprise‑scale web applications.
Strong background in Agile/Scrum environments.
Solid understanding of software engineering best practices and cloud‑native development.
Excellent debugging, performance optimisation, and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

Frontend: React.js or Angular (latest), TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, Bootstrap or Material UI.
Backend.NET Core / ASP.NET Core, Java (Spring Boot), or Node.js (Express/NestJS).
API: REST APIs, GraphQL (desirable), OAuth2, JWT authentication.
Databases: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB (desirable).
Cloud: Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
DevOps: Git, Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes (desirable), CI/CD pipelines.
Testing: Unit testing (JUnit, xUnit, NUnit, Jest), integration testing, automated testing.
