Full Stack .NET Developer – Omnichannel & AI Solutions

About the role

Solgari is seeking a Full Stack .NET Developer to strengthen its omnichannel and AI capabilities. You will work remotely on cloud‑native applications that power messaging, customer engagement workflows, and conversational experiences across multiple digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain scalable .NET and .NET Core applications and services.
• Build and enhance integrations for WhatsApp, SMS, email, web‑chat and social messaging platforms.
• Implement AI‑driven customer engagement features using Microsoft and OpenAI technologies, including Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Create REST APIs, backend services and responsive front‑end user interfaces.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps and Support teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Participate in troubleshooting, performance optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to technical design discussions and architectural decisions to improve scalability and resilience.

Required profile

• Strong experience with C# and the .NET/.NET Core ecosystem.
• Proven ability to develop full‑stack web applications and RESTful services.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
• Familiarity with omnichannel messaging and communication platforms.
• Interest in AI, conversational AI and real‑time communication technologies.
