Fullstack Engineer – High‑Scale Ad‑Tech Platform

About the role

We are seeking a Fullstack Engineer to join a product‑focused team building the core Console experience of a global ad‑tech platform. You will work on high‑performance, user‑facing applications that handle billions of ad requests daily.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack features across frontend interfaces and backend integrations.
• Build and enhance dashboards, reporting tools, and campaign‑management interfaces for real‑time decision‑making.
• Translate product requirements into clean, scalable, well‑tested implementations and own features end‑to‑end.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to system design, performance, and maintainability.
• Optimize frontend performance, including rendering efficiency, data handling, and responsiveness.
• Maintain high engineering standards through code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement.
• Support delivery planning by breaking down requirements into actionable tasks.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Fullstack Engineer.
• Strong experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Proficiency in at least one major frontend framework (React, Angular, or Vue).
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and cross‑browser compatibility.
• Experience building complex, data‑intensive UIs, preferably real‑time or analytics‑driven.
• Good grasp of API integration (REST or GraphQL) and backend interaction patterns.
• Knowledge of frontend performance optimization techniques.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, or Playwright.
