About the role
We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our Dublin 15 office. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, helping to create a welcoming atmosphere while providing essential administrative support to the management team.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and direct all visitors, acting as the first point of contact.
- Answer incoming calls courteously, take messages and handle simple enquiries.
- Perform routine administrative tasks such as scanning, printing and filing documents promptly.
- Maintain and organise the company’s filing systems in line with GDPR requirements.
- Schedule meetings and appointments, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
- Provide confidential support to the management team and assist with delegated duties.
Required profile
- Some experience in administration, front‑house or reception roles.
- Excellent communication and telephone etiquette.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Motivation to meet deadlines and achieve positive results.
- A valid full driver’s licence and own car for occasional local duties.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
- Effective email handling skills.
