Fund Accountant – Global Investment Manager (Dublin)

About the role

This is an early‑stage, high‑visibility Fund Accountant role within a fast‑growing global investment manager that is establishing its Dublin hub. You will join a team that has expanded rapidly and will continue to double in size over the next few years.

Key responsibilities

• Manage NAV calculations, fund performance measurement, allocations and reporting across multiple asset classes.
• Collaborate directly with front‑office, operations and global finance teams.
• Partner on complex, multi‑asset strategies covering credit, special situations and real assets.
• Drive process development and improvement as the Dublin function scales.
• Work with senior stakeholders worldwide on key finance initiatives.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant with 2‑5 years post‑qualification experience.
• Exposure to hedge funds, private equity or alternative investments is preferred.
• Big 4 training is a strong plus but not mandatory.
• Good understanding of fixed‑income and derivatives products is advantageous.
• Commercial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast‑moving environment.
