Garden Room Waiter – Evening Shifts

About the role

The Merrion’s Garden Room Restaurant is seeking a full‑time waiter for evening service. Working in a five‑star environment, you will help deliver a memorable dining experience to guests while collaborating with a supportive, experienced team.

Key responsibilities

• Set up the restaurant and provide food and beverage service to five‑star standards.
• Offer attentive, personalised guest care and anticipate guest needs.
• Communicate clearly with all team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items and daily offerings.
• Use the MICROS POS system efficiently for order entry and payment processing.
• Uphold a professional, polished service style throughout each shift.

Required profile

• Strong guest‑focused attitude with excellent communication skills.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Positive, team‑oriented mindset and flexibility for shift work.
• Genuine passion for hospitality and service excellence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the MICROS POS system.
