General Manager

About the role

Dalata Hotel Group is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead one of its hotels. You will shape the culture, drive strategic growth, and ensure exceptional guest experiences while fostering a high‑performance team.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all hotel operations, ensuring compliance with company standards and policies.
• Lead the senior management team to achieve operational excellence.
• Create a culture of exceptional customer service for memorable guest experiences.
• Develop and implement long‑term strategies for growth, profitability and sustainability.
• Drive performance through financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages staff development, engagement and retention.
• Ensure health, safety and regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years experience as a General Manager or 4‑5 years as Deputy General Manager in a busy hotel.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations, financial management and industry trends.
• Proven track record of strategies that improve guest satisfaction and revenue growth.
• Exceptional leadership with a focus on team development and performance management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships at all levels.
• Commercial mindset with experience managing large budgets, revenues and costs.
• High standards for service delivery, especially in Food & Beverage and guest relations.
• Passion for hospitality and continuous improvement.
