General Manager – Zara Dublin Store

About the role

We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead Zara’s Dublin store. You will be responsible for delivering sales targets, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a high‑performing team in a fast‑paced fashion environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and improve sales performance and productivity.
• Oversee all operational and administrative tasks of the store.
• Motivate, encourage and inspire store staff.
• Analyse sales data to develop effective store strategies.
• Act as an ambassador for the company’s sustainability initiatives.
