General Operative – Flexible Shifts

About the role

Dawn Farms is looking for motivated General Operatives to join its production team in Naas, Co. Kildare. You will work across morning, evening and night shifts, helping to maintain the highest standards of hygiene, food safety and health & safety in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Clean tools, equipment and work surfaces according to SOPs.
• Pack, prepare and dispatch meat products, including palletising.
• Perform line work on production equipment.
• Follow all company health, safety and food‑safety procedures.

Required profile

• Team‑player with a positive attitude.
• Comfortable working with meat and in a chilled environment.
• Highly motivated, enthusiastic and able to work on own initiative.
• Health‑and‑safety conscious and flexible to business needs.

Required skills

• Ability to follow standard operating procedures.
• Basic understanding of hygiene and food‑safety measures.
