About the role

We are Ireland’s leading jeweller on Grafton Street seeking a General Operative to support daily operations. The role involves a variety of tasks including portering, packing, and local deliveries, ensuring a high standard of service for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Perform general portering duties across the store and premises.
• Pack jewellery items securely for in‑store display or dispatch.
• Carry out local deliveries to customers and partner locations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Assist with ad‑hoc tasks as directed by management.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated with the ability to prioritize work.
• Capable of working independently and taking initiative.
• Courteous, customer‑service oriented and detail‑driven.
• Able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexible regarding working hours, including weekends.
• Good command of English at a technical level.
• Committed to following daily project instructions and procedures.
• Professional attitude, smart presentation, and ability to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy, specifically Microsoft Outlook for email and calendar management.
