About the role
We are looking for reliable and hardworking General Operatives to join Dawn Meats’ primary production facility in Kildare. The role involves working on a paced production line in the Boning Hall, packing meat cuts and trims to customer specifications while supporting the wider production team.
Key responsibilities
- Operate on the Boning Hall production line, packing meat cuts and trims to meet daily and weekly targets.
- Assist the production team across all areas of the factory, ensuring smooth workflow.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and cleanliness throughout the facility.
- Follow health and safety regulations and quality guidelines at all times.
- Record accurate production data and keep product knowledge up to date.
- Adapt to flexible working hours to meet production deadlines.
Required profile
- Entry‑level to advanced candidates willing to work in a fast‑moving production environment.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work both independently and as part of a team.
- Interest in training, development and potential career progression.
