General Operator (Nights) – Spiddal, Galway

About the role

We are looking for a reliable General Operator to work night shifts at our facility in Spiddal, Galway. The role involves supporting our lean manufacturing system and ensuring smooth production operations in a cleanroom environment.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out all duties assigned by the supervisor, following SOPs and job breakdown sheets.
• Set up machines, perform asset care, and maintain equipment in designated job areas.
• Document production activities accurately and comply with all required paperwork.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects and support lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Adhere to GMP, cleanroom, gowning, and 5S housekeeping standards to maintain a safe, clean work environment.
• Uphold Integer Ireland’s behavioural and quality standards at all times.

Required profile

• Leaving Certificate or equivalent education.
• Strong attention to detail and a quality‑focused mindset.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Reliability in attendance, time‑keeping and performance.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Basic PC literacy.
