Global Communications Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Global Communications Manager to lead the structure, governance and enablement of communications across the organisation and its field teams. Based onsite in East Galway, you will act as the central control point for messaging, ensuring regional teams have the tools and guidance to deliver consistent, high‑impact communications.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deliver internal global communications, including corporate updates, leadership messages and organisational news.
• Write and distribute CEO‑level communications to field and internal audiences.
• Define and enforce clear boundaries between global and regional communication responsibilities.
• Develop and implement a global communications framework, SOPs, governance models and approval processes.
• Create templates, playbooks and toolkits to support regional execution and maintain a “one global standard”.
• Translate global campaigns and product launches into structured communication toolkits.
• Manage global PR strategy, agency relationships and performance metrics.
• Lead the global influencer and athlete program, establishing scalable structures and reporting on ROI.

Required profile

• Proven experience owning internal global communications and CEO‑level messaging.
• Demonstrated ability to design and enforce communication governance, SOPs and approval processes.
• Track record managing global PR strategy, agency selection and performance measurement.
• Experience developing and scaling influencer or athlete programs across regions.
