PepsiCo is looking for a Global Employer Brand Content Activation Lead to own top‑of‑funnel talent communications across the PepsiCoJobs digital ecosystem. As the editorial engine of the Global Employer Brand Content team, you will translate editorial direction into consistent, high‑quality storytelling that showcases the people who make, move, and sell PepsiCo’s products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a master plan for global employer‑brand social media activations, aligning centralized content with local market needs.
• Identify anchor markets and tailor social‑content strategies while maintaining global alignment.
• Own the global social content calendar, coordinating campaigns, cohorts, and business priorities.
• Manage global‑to‑local deployment of employer‑brand content, ensuring consistent storytelling and messaging.
• Create and govern social‑content playbooks and franchises, providing best‑practice guidelines for regional teams.
• Stay updated on emerging social‑media trends and leverage new digital engagement opportunities.

Required profile
