Global Talent Development Program Leader

About the role

Analog Devices is seeking a Global Talent Development Program Leader on a fixed‑term basis to design, launch and manage leadership and management development programs. The role will partner with senior leaders across the organization to build capabilities that drive personal growth and business success.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation and oversight of leadership and management development programs tailored to specific audiences.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to assess organizational needs and define required leadership competencies.
• Manage day‑to‑day program operations, ensuring alignment with company objectives and continuous improvement.
• Monitor program effectiveness, collect feedback and adjust curricula to meet evolving business priorities.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and leadership development throughout the organization.

Required profile

• Proven experience in designing and delivering leadership or talent development programs.
• Strong ability to work cross‑functionally with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Demonstrated project‑management capabilities and attention to detail.
• Relevant academic background in Human Resources, Organizational Development or a related field.
