Graduate Advertising Associate – Amazon Sponsored Ads

About the role

We are looking for a Graduate Advertising Associate to join Luzern’s Dublin team. You will work on Amazon Sponsored Ads and DSP campaigns for high‑profile e‑commerce brands, supporting their growth in the UK and internationally. This is a fast‑paced, data‑driven role ideal for recent graduates passionate about digital advertising.

Key responsibilities

• Create, launch and optimise Amazon Sponsored Ads and DSP campaigns.
• Produce performance reports and maintain regular communication with clients.
• Analyse account data and market trends to uncover growth opportunities.
• Utilise research and analysis tools to support campaign strategy.
• Collaborate with the advertising team to develop new ideas and expand client accounts.

Required profile

• Strong written English and attention to detail.
• Confident use of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to think quickly.
• Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent time‑management and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Any 6+ months experience in paid search (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Amazon Sponsored Ads) is a plus.
