Graduate Design Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Graduate Design Engineer to join our product engineering team. Reporting to the Product Engineering Manager, you will support the development of specialised air handling and cooling units while working on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the engineering team in creating design concepts for specialty AHU, IEC, DEC and CDU products.
• Verify and select components such as coils, compressors, fans, dampers, actuators, filters and louvres.
• Prepare and review technical documentation including installation and maintenance manuals, spare‑parts lists, technical submittals, drawings and unit data sheets.
• Support the Application Engineering team in tender submissions, reviewing specifications and compiling technical responses together with the design team and key account manager.
• Ensure designs comply with approved project specifications and maintain consistent quality across all customer projects.
• Coordinate with the production team to integrate designs smoothly into manufacturing.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by the company as needed.

• Understanding of project specifications and quality standards.
