Graduate Finance Executive

About the role

Mediteq Healthcare Solutions is seeking a Graduate Finance Executive to join its Dublin headquarters. Reporting to the Finance Manager, this full‑time, office‑based role offers a recent graduate hands‑on exposure to all aspects of financial operations, reporting and business performance within a fast‑growing healthcare company.

Key responsibilities

• Support preparation of monthly and annual financial reports and ensure timely, accurate information.
• Assist with audit processes, statutory filings and regulatory compliance.
• Handle day‑to‑day finance activities including sales and purchase processing, accounts payable and receivable.
• Monitor financial performance, conduct cost analysis and support pricing reviews.
• Help prepare budgets, forecasts and maintain rolling financial models.
• Assist with payroll administration, expense processing and pension contributions.
• Prepare and file VAT returns, VIES, Intrastat and other regulatory submissions.
• Maintain financial records, support process improvements and undertake ad‑hoc duties.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related discipline.
• Strong interest in financial management, reporting and business analysis.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
