Graduate Sales Programme

About the role

The Graduate Sales Programme is an 18‑month, full‑time rotation that gives recent graduates hands‑on experience across PrepayPower’s and Yuno Energy’s brands in the Irish utilities sector. You will develop both telesales and field‑sales capabilities while building a solid foundation for a long‑term career in commercial sales.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate through multiple business units, gaining exposure to product, operations and customer‑facing functions.
• Conduct outbound telesales calls and support field sales activities to acquire new customers.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth for each brand.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their energy needs.
• Participate in coaching sessions, training workshops and performance reviews.

Required profile

• 3rd‑level qualification (e.g., university degree).
• Strong communication and persuasion abilities.
• Resilience, adaptability and a results‑driven mindset.
• Curiosity and a willingness to learn quickly.
