Account Executive – New Business Sales (Italian/English)

About the role

Google Customer Solutions helps businesses of all sizes grow with its advertising platform. As an Account Executive you will combine a passion for sales with deep knowledge of online media to drive customer success across the EMEA region. You will act as an owner, moving quickly through change and delivering innovative advertising solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle for new‑business acquisition and maintain relationships for up to six months post‑closure.
• Prospect, build a pipeline and initiate relationships with new clients in partnership with sales development, onboarding, agency and marketing teams.
• Acquire high‑touch, high‑value agreements through outbound prospecting, cold calling, consulting, pitching and closing.
• Consult with clients to achieve domestic and export online marketing goals using Google’s full suite of solutions.
• Deliver consistently against strategic goals while providing an outstanding experience to advertisers in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 5 years of new‑business sales experience with a proven track record of meeting business goals.
• Fluent in Italian and English to support client relationship management.
• Experience planning, delivering and measuring digital marketing campaigns.
• Ability to build a pipeline from scratch and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
