About the role
Arup is seeking a Graduate Structural Engineer to join its 2026 Graduate Programme. This full‑time position offers the opportunity to work on high‑profile built‑environment projects while developing core structural engineering competencies.
Key responsibilities
- Perform structural analysis using GSA, Tekla Structural Designer or other engineering software.
- Design structural elements in reinforced concrete, steel, timber or masonry.
- Prepare mark‑ups and collaborate with structural technicians to produce drawings in Revit or AutoCAD.
- Represent Arup at client, consultant and contractor meetings.
- Conduct site visits, structural investigations and produce related reports and presentations.
Required profile
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Structural Engineering (NFQ Level 8/9 or equivalent).
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Motivation to contribute to a collaborative engineering environment.
