Ground Handling Agent – Dublin Airport

About the role

Ryanair is hiring full‑time Ground Handling Agents for its Dublin Airport operations. The role is shift‑based, covering days, evenings, nights, weekends and public holidays. No prior airport experience is required – comprehensive classroom and practical training will be provided.

Key responsibilities

• Load and unload baggage and cargo from Ryanair Group aircraft.
• Operate airport vehicles to transport baggage between the main terminal and aircraft.
• Perform aircraft push‑backs and operate water, lavatory and de‑icing vehicles.
• Marshall aircraft during arrivals and departures to ensure safe movements.
• Support 25‑minute turnaround targets and assist passengers during boarding when needed.
• Maintain health and safety standards and work collaboratively with the team.

Required profile

• Full clean EU driver’s licence.
• Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU (Stamp 1G acceptable).
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and oral.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and a self‑starter attitude.

• Starting salary of €32,000 per year (drivers only), increasing to €33,000 after 12 months.
