Group Financial Controller – Global Tech Scale‑up

About the role

Foodhub is seeking an ambitious Group Financial Controller to shape the financial infrastructure of a fast‑growing international technology business. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead global reporting, support M&A activity and drive finance transformation across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Own group reporting, statutory audits, consolidated financial statements and local entity accounts across all jurisdictions, with deep focus on US GAAP and multi‑state filings.
• Lead month‑end close and consolidated management reporting for the entire group.
• Partner with the executive team to provide commercial analysis, KPI dashboards and forward‑looking financial insights.
• Identify and implement improvements to reporting processes, finance systems and internal controls.
• Act as a trusted financial partner to non‑finance departments worldwide.
• Support M&A activity, including financial due diligence and post‑deal integration.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, legal counsel and banking partners.
• Build and develop a high‑performing Group Reporting team across jurisdictions.

Required profile

• ACA, ACCA or CPA qualified, preferably with Big 4 or Top 10 audit experience.
• Strong background in audit, financial reporting and group consolidation.
• Commercially minded with the ability to influence senior leadership.
• Proven experience managing complex, multi‑jurisdictional finance functions.
