Group Financial Controller

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious and technically strong finance professional to join the leadership team of a large, publicly listed organisation based in Dublin West. Reporting to the Group Finance Director, you will own the Group's external financial reporting and consolidation process, providing accurate and timely financial information to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and delivery of Group external financial statements in compliance with IFRS.
• Manage the monthly, quarterly and annual consolidation process for multiple international entities.
• Conduct financial due diligence and acquisition accounting for new business integrations.
• Drive continuous improvement across reporting, systems and financial controls.
• Develop and mentor a high‑performing Group Reporting team of four.

Required profile

• ACA or ACCA qualified, with training experience at a Big 4 firm.
• Approximately five years post‑qualification experience within a Group Finance function of a publicly listed or complex multinational organisation.
• Strong stakeholder management and a proactive approach to process improvement.
