Group Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

About the role

This newly created Group FP&A Manager position sits at the heart of a fast‑growing European media business. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape financial strategy, provide performance insights and support growth initiatives across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Own and enhance the Group rolling forecast model for revenue, cash flow and working capital.
• Lead the annual budgeting process for international entities, collaborating with local finance teams.
• Develop scenario analysis, sensitivity models and strategic planning tools for key decisions.
• Monitor cash performance, flag risks and opportunities to senior management.
• Prepare management packs, Board reports and investor presentations.
• Deliver variance analysis with clear commentary on business performance.
• Partner with finance teams to improve forecasting accuracy and reporting quality.
• Support acquisition opportunities through financial modelling and investment analysis.

Required profile

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
• Experience in FP&A, commercial finance, transaction services, corporate finance or corporate development.
• Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel skills.
• Proven track record preparing budgets, forecasts and performance reports.
• Commercially minded with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
