Group Head of FP&A (Hybrid, Dublin)

About the role

The Group Head of FP&A will join a fast‑growing, private‑equity backed business in Dublin. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will shape financial planning, budgeting and strategic analysis across the entire group while working closely with the executive team and private‑equity investors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Group’s financial planning, budgeting and forecasting cycles.
• Develop and maintain 3‑year and 5‑year strategic business plans in partnership with senior leadership.
• Provide financial analysis and decision support to the Executive Leadership Team and Board.
• Deliver commercial insights to improve profitability, cash generation and operational performance.
• Support M&A activity, investment appraisals and business case development through robust financial modelling.
• Build strong relationships with executive stakeholders and private‑equity partners.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant with 8‑10 years post‑qualification experience.
• Background in FP&A, commercial finance or financial controlling within multinational or private‑equity environments.
• Proven ability to partner with senior executives and influence strategic decisions.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience in fast‑growth, high‑performance organisations.
