Group Head of Operations

About the role

Camsaw Group Ltd, a leading Irish wholesale provider of garden and forestry machinery, is seeking a Group Head of Operations to steer the operational backbone of the business. Reporting directly to the Company Directors, you will shape the next phase of growth for both the core distribution arm and the One Stop Fulfilment logistics subsidiary.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage all operational activities across the Group, including warehousing, logistics, inventory control and fulfilment.
• Develop and execute operational strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives.
• Build scalable systems, structures and processes to support future expansion.
• Drive a culture of accountability, ownership, reliability and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Directors on operational planning, investment decisions and overall business strategy.
• Act as a senior leadership team member, influencing cross‑functional initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in operations, logistics or supply‑chain management.
• Track record of delivering operational excellence in fast‑paced, multi‑site environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable improvements.
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable on the warehouse floor and in board‑room settings.
