About the role
We are seeking a commercially driven Growth & Business Development Executive to join a fast‑growing Irish e‑commerce business. This high‑impact, hybrid role focuses on revenue growth, customer engagement, commercial performance and uncovering new opportunities across the organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth and improve commercial performance.
- Engage customers and identify opportunities to increase lifetime value.
- Analyse data, reporting and performance metrics to spot trends.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to shape growth strategy.
- Identify and evaluate new market or product opportunities.
Required profile
- Experience in e‑commerce, retail, digital marketing or commercial growth roles.
- Strong commercial mindset with a keen interest in data and performance analysis.
- Proven ability to spot trends and revenue‑generating opportunities.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Proactive, hands‑on attitude and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
