Growth Solutions Architect – GTM AI Operator

About the role

Deel is looking for a Growth Solutions Architect to join its centralized AI Operations team in the UK. In this hands‑on, builder‑first position you will design, develop, and continuously improve AI‑powered systems that power Deel’s global go‑to‑market engine.

Key responsibilities

• Prototype, build, and ship autonomous AI agents for critical GTM workflows such as inbound qualification and outbound engagement.
• Deploy AI agents using Claude Code, n8n, AI Studio, and GitHub.
• Operate, monitor, and iterate on the GTM automation stack to ensure reliability and performance.
• Re‑engineer revenue workflows across sales, SDR, and marketing to accelerate pipeline generation.
• Collaborate with revenue teams to identify high‑ROI automation opportunities and deliver measurable impact.

Required profile

• Hands‑on builder mindset with a passion for automating complex processes.
• Experience developing and deploying AI agents or autonomous systems.
• Strong understanding of SaaS go‑to‑market motions and revenue operations.
• Ability to work independently and iterate quickly in a fast‑growing environment.
