Guest Services Manager – Premium Corporate Hospitality

About the role

We are seeking a Guest Services Manager to own and elevate the hospitality experience for a busy corporate environment in Dublin. You will lead a dedicated Guest Relations team, ensuring every guest interaction is seamless, polished, and memorable.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and inspire a high‑performing Guest Relations team.
• Set and maintain premium hospitality standards across all touchpoints.
• Act as the escalation point for complex guest requests, complaints and service recovery.
• Oversee VIP visits, executive meetings and high‑profile engagements.
• Own the end‑to‑end guest journey for meetings, conferences and events.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver flawless catering, room setup and client‑facing environments.
• Monitor service quality through feedback, observation and performance metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in luxury hospitality, premium hotels, executive lounges or corporate guest services.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and VIPs.
• Strong organisational ability and confidence managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
• Solutions‑focused mindset with excellent problem‑solving skills.
