Head of Customer Success, EMEA

About the role

We are seeking a customer‑focused, results‑oriented leader to head Customer Success across the EMEA region at Notion. Reporting to the Global Head of Customer Success, you will guide experienced teams to drive adoption, retention and expansion, ensuring customers get the most out of Notion’s connected workspace.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies that align the EMEA Customer Success organization with company goals around adoption, retention and expansion.
• Lead, mentor and grow a team of Customer Success Managers across scaled and dedicated motions in the EMEA region.
• Partner with Sales, Solutions Engineering and Professional Services to deliver seamless onboarding and high‑value outcomes.
• Build executive relationships with key customers, gather feedback and advocate for EMEA customers internally.
• Establish and maintain KPI/OKR systems, monitor health metrics and drive proactive interventions.
• Optimize processes using customer success platforms and tools to improve efficiency and drive multi‑million‑dollar book of business growth.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience leading Customer Success or GTM functions in a fast‑growing SaaS environment.
• Proven track record managing diverse customer segments from commercial to enterprise.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills with sales, engineering and professional services.
• Demonstrated ability to attract, inspire, develop and retain top talent.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience setting performance indicators and operational rigor.
