Head of Fast-Food Operations – Ireland

About the role

This senior leadership position is responsible for driving operational performance, commercial growth and customer experience across a fast‑food division that operates nationwide in Ireland. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on management of multiple sites.

Key responsibilities

• Lead operational performance of a multi‑site fast‑food division across Ireland.
• Drive sales growth, profitability, customer experience and operational excellence at all locations.
• Develop and implement commercial strategies to support market expansion.
• Coach, mentor and support site management teams to achieve high standards.
• Ensure consistency in food quality, service standards, compliance and brand execution.
• Analyse commercial performance, labour control and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
• Lead recruitment, succession planning and people‑development initiatives.
• Support new site openings, mobilisation projects and operational launches.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning, budgeting and growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven senior multi‑site food service, QSR or fast‑food leadership experience.
• Strong commercial and operational background in high‑volume food environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large operational teams and multiple locations.
• Passionate about customer experience, food quality and operational standards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Full clean driver’s licence.
