Head of Marketing – Athleisure

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to lead the growth of a fast‑expanding athleisure and lifestyle brand. Based in Dublin, you will join the senior leadership team and be responsible for shaping brand strategy, driving customer acquisition and overseeing omnichannel performance across retail, e‑commerce and wholesale.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy covering brand, digital, retail and growth channels.
• Lead integrated campaigns for product launches, seasonal activations and multi‑market brand initiatives.
• Drive customer acquisition, retention and engagement across all channels.
• Strengthen brand positioning in local and international markets.
• Oversee performance‑marketing strategy, manage agency relationships and allocate marketing investment.
• Use data and customer insights to optimise performance and support commercial decisions.
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Proven senior marketing leadership experience within sportswear, athleisure, lifestyle or fashion brands.
• Strong understanding of omnichannel retail, digital marketing and brand growth strategy.
• Experience leading multi‑market brand campaigns.
• Commercially focused with strong analytical capabilities.
• Hands‑on leadership style, able to execute as well as strategise.
• Experience managing marketing budgets, agencies and stakeholder relationships.
