Healthcare Assistant – Flexible County‑wide Shifts in Kerry

About the role

Access Healthcare is seeking enthusiastic Healthcare Assistants to provide person‑centred care across County Kerry. You will work in a variety of settings, choosing the locations and hours that best fit your lifestyle while delivering high‑quality support to patients.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, person‑centred care to patients.
• Assist with all activities of daily living, including personal hygiene and mobility.
• Promote dignity, independence and overall wellbeing.
• Work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain a safe environment by adhering to HIQA standards and company policies.

Required profile

• FETAC Level 5 (or equivalent) in a healthcare‑related discipline.
• Minimum of 6 weeks’ experience in an Irish healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of HIQA standards.
• Up‑to‑date training certificates (desirable).
• A caring, reliable and positive attitude.
