Healthcare Assistant – Up to €21.50/hr, Flexible Hours

About the role

We are looking for compassionate individuals to join our team as Healthcare Assistants, providing personalised support to clients across Bundoran, Ballyshannon, Donegal town and Ballintra. This role offers flexible hours, competitive pay and the chance to make a real difference in people’s daily lives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as washing, dressing and meal preparation.
• Support mobility and promote independence in daily activities.
• Provide companionship, emotional support and monitor wellbeing.
• Report any concerns and help maintain a safe, comfortable home environment.

Required profile

• Full Irish driving licence and access to a car.
• QQI Level 5 or equivalent caring qualification.
• Positive, reliable attitude with a genuine desire to help others.
• Experience in care is beneficial but not essential; retail, hospitality or customer‑service backgrounds are welcomed.
