Hotel Receptionist

About the role

Motel One is hiring a Receptionist for its hotel in Dublin. As the first and last impression of the hotel, the Receptionist places the guest at the centre of everything they do, delivering a warm, genuine and professional welcome. The role covers check-ins and check-outs, guest enquiries and requests, and works closely with colleagues to exceed guest expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage check-ins and check-outs
• Respond to guest enquiries and resolve requests with care and efficiency
• Create a welcoming atmosphere and anticipate guests' needs
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure every stay reflects Motel One's high standards of hospitality

Required profile

• Previous experience in a hotel reception or customer service role is desirable
• Warm, friendly and professional personality with a passion for guest service
• Positive attitude, strong communication skills and ability to stay calm and organised in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive team player with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
• Eligible to work in Ireland and currently resident in Ireland

Required skills

• Experience with Opera Cloud or a similar Property Management System (PMS) is an advantage; full training is provided
