About the role
Motel One is looking for a Night Audit for its hotel in Dublin. The role covers guest reception at the front desk, from a warm welcome at check-in until departure, and supports early risers and night owls. It is a full-time position.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests and handle check-ins and check-outs
- Prepare daily closing balances
- Handle cash transactions and cashing up
- Process booking requests
- Prepare and serve drinks
- Prepare for breakfast
- Carry out general light cleaning of the lobby and public areas
Required profile
- An excellent sense of quality and service, with hosting skills and a passion for the hotel industry
- Open, communicative and confident, with a solid command of English
- A team player willing to help colleagues across departments
- Ability to speak, read and understand English
