About the role
As an HR Business Partner you will support the delivery of the People & Culture strategy for a purpose‑driven, semi‑state organisation delivering large‑scale infrastructure projects across Ireland. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing practical HR solutions throughout the employee life‑cycle.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with managers on workforce planning, performance management, employee relations and talent acquisition.
- Lead HR programmes covering engagement, retention, compensation & benefits, and governance.
- Coach managers, handle employee‑relations matters and contribute to HR projects.
- Support continuous improvement of HR policies, processes and service delivery.
Required profile
- Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in an HR Business Partner role.
- Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle management, employee relations and HR best practice.
- Proven stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior level.
- Experience in public‑sector or semi‑state environments and familiarity with audit and governance processes is a plus.
Required skills
- BambooHR (HRIS system) experience.
