HR Business Partner

About the role

Johnson & Johnson’s DePuy Synthes division is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support its Ringaskiddy site in Ireland. You will work closely with business leaders to drive employee relations, performance management and organisational change, contributing to a high‑performing, engaged workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leaders on employee relations matters, performance management, employee engagement and team effectiveness.
• Coach managers through complex people situations and organisational change.
• Support workforce planning, organisational transitions, and broader people initiatives.
• Build trusted relationships with employees and stakeholders across the business.
• Use people insights and data to support decision‑making and identify trends.
• Ensure HR policies and practices are applied consistently in line with employment legislation.

Required profile

• Strong HR generalist experience, ideally within a dynamic or evolving environment.
• Experience managing employee relations matters with professional and sound judgement.
• Strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to influence and build credibility at all levels of the organisation.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity, change, and competing priorities.
• Collaborative, pragmatic and solutions‑focused approach.
