HR Generalist – Aviation Industry

About the role

We are looking for an Aviation HR Generalist to join the HR team of an established international organisation. The role is hands‑on and provides broad exposure to core HR operations, employee support, payroll coordination and people initiatives within a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day HR operations, ensuring accurate records and HR system maintenance.
• Coordinate onboarding, off‑boarding, recruitment administration and employee documentation.
• Provide first‑line guidance on HR policies and respond to employee queries.
• Contribute to people initiatives, compliance activities and continuous improvement projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience in a generalist HR, HR operations or HR coordination role.
• Practical exposure to payroll and employee benefits administration.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Confident in using HR systems, Microsoft Excel and communicating with a wide range of stakeholders.
