About the role
We are looking for an HR Generalist to join a well‑established arts and cultural organisation in Dublin. This hybrid role (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) offers the chance to work across the full HR function while supporting day‑to‑day operations and contributing to wider projects.
Key responsibilities
- Support daily HR operations and ensure smooth onboarding and off‑boarding processes.
- Prepare contracts, employee documentation and maintain accurate HR records.
- Assist payroll administration by keeping employee information up to date.
- Maintain HR compliance documentation and support employee‑relations meetings as needed.
- Produce HR reports and management information on request.
- Identify and implement improvements to existing HR processes.
- Contribute to HR projects and broader people initiatives.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience in HR administration, operations or a generalist role.
- Qualification in Human Resource Management or an equivalent relevant qualification.
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proactive attitude with confidence to suggest and implement improvements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience working with HR systems and employee records.
- Flexible, adaptable and willing to engage across all HR areas.

- Salary €40,000 – €45,000 DOE (visible to candidates).
