HR Manager – Advanced Manufacturing Business

About the role
We are seeking a proactive HR Manager to lead the full HR function for a fast‑growing advanced manufacturing business in North Cork. This hands‑on position offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to shape HR strategy and culture across the organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end HR cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management and compliance.
- Troubleshoot HR issues independently and escalate when necessary.
- Lead and deliver HR projects that support business growth.
- Foster a positive, engaging HR culture that aligns with the company’s objectives.
- Occasionally travel to a secondary site as required.
Required profile
- Strong operational HR experience with proven business partnering skills.
- Comfortable working autonomously and taking full ownership of HR initiatives.
- Thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
- Manufacturing or similar operational experience is desirable but not essential.
- Demonstrated ability to manage the full HR cycle and solve problems independently.
