HR Manager

About the role

The HR Manager will lead the execution of Stryker Instruments' talent strategy, ensuring a consistent experience for directors, managers and employees while supporting market‑wide engagement initiatives. This role combines deep HR expertise with strategic partnership to drive organisational performance and culture.

Key responsibilities

• Act as subject‑matter expert for managers and directors on HR policies, procedures and compliance.
• Implement change initiatives using proven change‑management techniques.
• Interpret and apply HR policies, reporting trends to senior HR leaders.
• Facilitate difficult stakeholder interactions, resolve escalated conflicts and build consensus on HR decisions.
• Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, talent management, succession planning and organisational design.
• Lead organisational development interventions and support leadership capability programmes.
• Analyse workforce data to identify opportunities for improving engagement, performance and retention.
• Coach managers and directors on HR and business‑related issues.

Required profile

• Comprehensive understanding of all HR functions, including employee relations, compensation and performance management.
• Proven ability to partner with senior business leaders and influence strategic decisions.
• Strong knowledge of labour market trends and their impact on organisational success.
• Experience in facilitating change, conflict resolution and organisational development.
