HR People Partner

About the role

Our client, a manufacturing company based in Fermoy, County Cork, is seeking an HR People Partner to join the team on a permanent, fully onsite basis. The role will support the organisation across the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to employee relations and wellbeing.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and influence managers on effective people management practices.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance, absence, disciplinary, and grievance matters.
• Support employee wellbeing, engagement, and inclusion initiatives.
• Contribute to Group HR projects, policy updates, and process improvements.

Required profile

• 3–4 years’ experience as an HR Generalist / People Partner.
• Strong knowledge of Irish employment legislation.
• Experience in employee relations, performance, absence, disciplinary, and grievance processes.
• Experience using HR systems.
• Strong communication skills with experience in coaching, mentoring, and management collaboration.
• Full Irish driving licence, own transport, and passport.
