HR & Talent Partner – Construction

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR & Talent Partner to join the Dublin headquarters of a long‑standing Irish PLC operating in the construction sector. The role combines HR advisory, talent acquisition and business partnering to support multiple sites and drive people initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted HR advisor, providing consultative support on people‑related queries and leading new HR initiatives.
• Support senior leadership across several locations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Design and deliver a high‑quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Oversee onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new joiners.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, from requisition to offer.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including universities for graduate pipelines.

Required profile

• Minimum HR or related degree; CIPD qualification is a plus.
• At least 6 years of experience in HR, talent acquisition or business partnering within construction, engineering or manufacturing environments.
• Full driver’s licence and personal vehicle.
