About the role
We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Administrator to join a fast‑growing Irish customer experience and outsourcing business. Based in Galway with a hybrid working model, you will support managers and employees across the organisation while helping to shape a positive employee experience as the company expands.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day HR support and guidance to managers and employees.
- Handle employee relations matters, including performance management, absence, disciplinary and grievance processes.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are applied consistently and comply with Irish employment legislation.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee HR queries.
- Support onboarding and create a welcoming experience for new hires.
- Assist with employee engagement, wellbeing and culture initiatives.
- Create internal communications and presentations using Canva and PowerPoint.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
- Strong understanding of Irish employment law.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage confidential information professionally.
