HVAC Service Supervisor

About the role

The HVAC Service Supervisor will lead the service department for a global HVAC manufacturer, ensuring smooth daily operations and high‑quality customer service. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the role combines technical oversight, client liaison and support for sales initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary client contact, coordinating Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedules and service activities.
• Manage engineers, service technicians and documentation to guarantee efficient day‑to‑day operations.
• Prepare quotes, identify upgrade opportunities, assist with contract renewals and highlight equipment issues for commercial proposals.
• Support sales teams by providing technical input on repairs and upgrades.
• Maintain compliance with PPM standards and produce regular service reports.

Required profile

• Strong HVAC technical knowledge covering air‑conditioning, heat pumps, chillers and air handling units.
• Previous hands‑on experience in field service or engineering roles.
• Ability to provide technical support to both clients and engineers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills.
• Residence in Dublin or surrounding areas.
