Hybrid Project Manager / Business Analyst – Investment Banking

About the role

Insight Global is looking for a hybrid Project Manager/Business Analyst to join a leading investment bank’s Client Onboarding and Reference Data team within Global Markets Operations. The role will own a critical reference‑data workstream, delivering change across a fragmented data landscape and supporting both client onboarding and ongoing client reference data.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the reference‑data workstream, ensuring timely delivery of changes to client structures, settlement instructions, confirmation contacts, CSDs and agents.
• Partner closely with technology and development teams to design and implement solutions.
• Manage project timelines, dependencies and operational readiness through Jira‑driven delivery tracking.
• Produce regular PowerPoint status updates and reports for senior stakeholders.
• Drive change management activities and ensure smooth transition to production.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Business Analyst within investment banking.
• Strong operations‑facing delivery background, preferably in global markets.
• Hands‑on experience working with reference data and client onboarding processes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage timelines, dependencies and stakeholder relationships.
• Experience delivering operational readiness and change management initiatives.
