Hybrid Telesales Operator – Customer Service

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Telesales Operator to join our Value Centre Little Island branch in Cork. The role is permanent and offers a hybrid working model, allowing you to combine office presence with remote work. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling sales orders and promoting our product range.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and act as the primary contact for customers.
- Accurately input sales orders into the computer system.
- Promote additional products and upsell where appropriate.
- Provide up‑to‑date information on product availability.
- Deliver high‑quality customer service throughout each interaction.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
- Excellent interpersonal and telephone communication skills.
- Friendly disposition with a customer‑focused attitude.
- Self‑motivated and capable of meeting deadlines.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
