Indirect Procurement Lead

About the role
We are seeking an experienced procurement professional to lead our indirect procurement function. Based in Dublin, you will manage a range of categories, drive sourcing initiatives, negotiate contracts and champion sustainability across the business.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end indirect procurement processes for multiple categories.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies, negotiate contracts and ensure value delivery.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to embed best practices in governance and performance.
- Drive innovation and sustainability initiatives within the procurement function.
Required profile
- Relevant degree or master’s in supply chain, procurement or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in full‑cycle indirect procurement.
- Proven ability to influence senior colleagues and deliver strategic outcomes.
